Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi

We were not meant to stay here originally when coming to Hanoi but our first hotel cancelled just as we were boarding our flight. However, we’re so happy that they did as this hotel is exactly what we needed for our stay. Situated in a quiet part of the popular old quarter, we had a very nice room and the staff are very friendly. Lena was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions in perfect English, she also went above and beyond by helping us with our transport after we finished our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Staff - they are amazing and really know what customer service is all about. We were greeted upon arrival with towels, snacks, and drinks then Tung or Thang gave us an overview of what to do in the city. Upon entering the room, found a hand written letter, thanking me for choosing their hotel. Such a sweet gesture! Staff can communicate very well in English. Even the bfast is delicious with heaps of options. Staff at the breakfast place is well organised and accommodating! Great service. One thing I have observe is the staff are really observing of what you may need and has initiative. They also always ask questions. Best customer service I have ever had. Whoever is managing this hotel (looks like it is Tung/ Thang), I am congratulating you. Our stay is nothing but amazing! Hotel also provided us with small gift upon check out. Just WOW!

The staff are very polite and attentive. Nhung took great care of us. The location is central and not on a busy street. Breakfast staff are also friendly and there are good options for both Western and Asian visitors. We also got a very warm welcome and were offered to check-in earlier for free. The air conditioners are working well. We had some day trips organized during our stay and the staff gave us snacks and water for the journey.

Our time at bespoke trendy hotel was beyond 10/10 points. It’s a wonderful place in a perfect location of Hanoi. Hidden a bit away in the old quarters. The hotel itself is flawless. The rooms are beautiful and spacious (and extremely clean), the WiFi is super fast and free and the breakfast buffet is at a level of 5 star hotels. On top of these the staff at the hotel is just the crème de la creme of hospitality staff, every single employee of the hotel made sure that we were taken care of and made us quite literally feel at home at every step of the stay. Special mention to the incredible Ms Lena who is just an absolute star and made our stay extra special.

Amazing customer service from the moment I arrived, Ms Nhung was incredibly welcoming and helpful, a welcome drink and dried apricots, information and map provided as well as tips and suggestions on where to go. Ms Nhung also sent me links for two tailors nearby and arranged my taxi to the airport, in addition to messaging g me daily to check all was well and to ask if I needed any further help or information. I cannot thank the staff and particularly Ms Nhung for their generous and outstanding service, they far exceeded my expectations and I was in awe of the level of service. Absolutely the best customer experience I’ve ever had, we’ll done to all the staff and a special thanks to Ms Nhung
